Description:
Enhance ClassificationDef to have a list of entityDef names - that if specified
can be used at runtime to reject the association of a classification to an
Entity. The ClassificationDef entityTypes are inherited by any children
ClassificationDefs.
If a parent ClassificationDef is already associated with an entityDef then we
should not allow a child classificationDef to be added with this type as it
would be confusing.
Also we will lok to add edges in the graph between the ClassificationDef vertex
and the EntityDef vertices.
