The docker image added in ATLAS-2012 is an empty Atlas server only. Probably
more of use to developers than someone wanting to experiment.
As discussed on community call & suggested my Madhan - As an enhancement it
would be useful to run the quick-start so that the server is populated with
data (Thought: Perhaps this could be configurable, default to enabled)
