Attaching first part of patch - ATLAS-2240-v1.patch just reverts to building
all the graph modules.

Thoughts of pushing the graph profiles down from the root POM to the graphdb or
graphdb-impls POM, or squashing graphdb and graphdb-impls into one POM have
been deferred, while we focus on upgrading the Atlas cpts that need work to
support TP3:
* GraphBackedMetadataRepositoryTest testConcurrentCalls()
* AtlasRelationshipStoreV1Test
testRelationshipAttributeUpdate_NonComposite_OneToMany()
