Could you copy je-5.0.73.jar (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.sleepycat/je/5.0.73) to ${atlas_home}/libext directory and try restarting atlas. I’m able to bring up atlas by copying the jar. We do not package BerkeleyDB JE jar due to licensing requirements.
