Description:
Currently Atlas uses JanusGraph 0.1.1. This doesn't have support for Solr 6.x
and other fixes. Atlas needs to use the latest JanusGraph release version.
* JanusGraph 0.2.0 doesn't package local elasticsearch or solr and only
provides mechanism to connect to a running instance
* This JIRA addresses startup/shutdown of a local solr cloud instance for use
in Atlas unit tests
