Summary: Recovering lost/bad index data

Atlas uses a graph DB (Titan/JanusGraph), which stores data in a store like
HBase. In additions to this, the graph DB stores index data a index-software
like Solr. Atlas uses the index data heavily during search and other
operations. It is possible to recover/rebuild the index data from the data in
the data-store. This JIRA is to document the steps to recover/rebuild the index
data.
