V1 REST APIs that return entity details format date type attributes using
format-string "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS'Z'"; this produces the values like:
2017-05-07T18:59:08.574Z.
However, these REST APIs in master branch format date type attributes as a long
value. For backward compatibility, the date values should be formatted as in
earlier versions.
