Description: Atlas notifications module was updated in ATLAS-2421 to
support V2 data structures. Use of V2 data structures result in smaller
messages and faster processing. HBase and Sqoop hooks have already been updated
to use V2 style notifications. Hive hook should also be updated to replace use
of V1 data structures with V2 equivalents. (was: Atlas Hive hook should use
atlas v2 api for Entity propagation)
