Folllowing timezones from UI are missing in java timezone and throw INVALID 
timezone exception

America/Punta_Arenas
Asia/Atyrau
Asia/Famagusta
Asia/Yangon
Europe/Saratov
ROC

It would be good to load timezone TimeZone.getAvailableIDs() on UI.
