- updated to handle earlier version of types (i.e. that include removed
ref-attributes) in import files
- updated version of base type-def to the latest patch after including the
changes in the patches. This is needed as many unit tests only loaded base
type-def model files and not the patches
- fixed incorrect labels for relationship edges
- updated DSL to recognize relationship attributes
- updated V2->V1 and V1->V2 entity converters to handle relationship attributes
