Summary: Advanced Search does not allow saving of searcher unless
search is performed once.

Steps:
In Advanced Search column
# Enter value for "Search By Type"
# Enter value for "Search By Query"
# Click on "Save As"
Expected result: The "Create your favorite search" should appear.
Actual result : We get the message "Please select at least one filter"
However, if you execute the search with the values from steps 1 and 2, and then
click on "Save As" the expected result is achieved.
