Currently the only way to access "Create Entity" page is to navigate to the
Search page and to click on the "create entity" text link.
Going to a search page just to create an entity feels awkward, and it would be
better to have this major functionality accessible from other pages. It could
be better placed in the right hand side panel as shown in this mock below:
