Summary: UI: When creating 'hdfs_path' entity through UI, it is
possible to specify incorrect 'ModifiedTime' attribute value

Steps
1. Click on 'create new entity' button.
2. Select hdfs_path
3. Select the "All" slider option.
4. Provide data for the required fields (Name,Path,QualifiedName)
5. Assuming that value for "CreateTime" is set a default value, set
'ModifiedTime' one day before the "CreateTime" value.
6. Click Update.
You will see that the value is accepted even though "ModifiedTime" having a
date older than "CreateTime" does not make sense.
