Description:
If a glossary or term has been renamed, the basic search will not work on that
term or glossary. This is because, the "Search By Term" field does not display
the newly renamed Glossary or Term. Any favorite searches with the renamed term
or glossary will also not display the changed names.

If a term has been renamed after it has been saved in a search, the saved
search does not show the updated term, only its old name. It also does not get
updated in the glossary search dropdown field.
The user should either be notified that the term is no longer valid when he
triggers the search, or the term should get updated in the saved search.
