Description:
In Classic UI , tagPopover of the tag shows an option to create
sub-classification from the selected classification.
in Beta UI, classificationPopover of tag doesn't have option to create sub
classification.
But there is always an option to create a tag as child of a parent tag while
creating the tag by providing the parent tag in "Select classification to
inherit attributes(optional)"
