*Background*
Import service supported table-level replication. In a case where the tables to
be replicated differ, then the already replicated tables are deleted, this
helps the replicating cluster stay in sync.
The mechanism used to detect differing tables uses basic search query with
certain parameters. Recent change has caused those parameters not to return
correct result.
*Steps to duplicate*
Use the unit test _TableReplicationRequestProcessorTest.importWithIsReplTrue++_.
*Solution*
Use new parameters in basic search to address the problem.
