+1 for Apache Atlas 2.1.0 - rc3 release

Validated the following items.

1. Verified the source SHA512,  MD5, and Signature.
2. Able to build Atlas successfully.
3. Started the Atlas server successfully.
4. Done sanitary tests like creating and update the entities,
classification.
5. Test Basic and advanced search.
