Description:
Actual Behaviour - While deleting parent tag if the tag is not associated with
any entity shows this message :: "Failed to delete classification 'parent_abc'.
Given type \{0} has reference."
Expected Result - There should be value instead of \{0}
Steps to generate
# Create tag with sub classification.
# Don't associate the created parent tag with any of the entity
# Try to delete the parent tag
# Shows validation message with some encrypted value
