HIVE added support for location for managed tables on database and introduced
new attribute managedLocation.
Atlas Hive-hook should have support for managedLocation in hive_db entity.
Updating hive models with managedLocation is done in ATLAS-4060.
Need to do hive-hook changes once Apache Hive release managedLocation feature.
