Docker setup needs updates to be in sync with component versions in project
pom.xml file. For example:
* ATLAS_VERSION=2.2.0 should be 2.3.0-SNAPSHOT
* KAFKA_VERSION=2.5.0 should be 2.8.1
* HIVE_HADOOP_VERSION=3.1.0 should be 3.1.1
