Since 1.4.6.2.3.99.0-195 version of sqoop is present in hortonworks repository
and https://repo.hortonworks.com/content/repositories/releases/ is Temporary
Unavailable, build fails at sqoop-bridge because it is not able to download
sqoop jar.
