There is one issue where if on a machine there exist credentials and cookies,
then the React UI doesn't load by default. Also, if UI mode is changed then on
logout and login, the classic UI is loaded instead.
Both these issues are resolved on clearing site data and cookies, or by using
Incognite mode.
