Description:
The React UI is currently experiencing issues with key search functionalities
and layout alignment. The following problems need to be investigated and
resolved:
h3. *Issues Identified*
# *Classification Search malfunctioning*
Clicking “Search” on a sub-classification triggers search for the parent
classification.
# Term Search when click on search option from menue, its not taking full name
with parent name, hence result in API failure .
# Advanced Search custom filters now use the DSL API endpoint
(/api/atlas/v2/search/dsl)
# The "Create Business Metadata" button is aligned within the filter bar.
# Fiilter bar are displayed on classification detail page and Term detail
page.
h3. *Expected Outcome*
Either trigger the correct classification search of remove the “Search” option.
As the new UI merges the filters in main search pane, there is no use for it.
In classic UI, this search option enabled the filters.
