Fix docs build failures and apply remaining dependency upgrades. Prebuild
`fetch-team` fails due to network URL; docz build may hit ENOSPC (file
watchers).
Fix prebuild fetch-team (network access or mock)
Ensure docs deploy works (gh-pages 5.0.0 already applied)
Apply ejs, cross-spawn, braces fixes without full docz migration (if PRs 324,
325, 320 not merged)
Verification:
- [ ] `npm run build` passes in docs
- [ ] `npm run deploy` succeeds (if used)
