This patch is for the Concurrent Ingestion feature originally submitted by @ashutoshm (Ashutosh Mestry) in https://reviews.apache.org/r/73681/ The feature is valuable and aligns well with the current ingestion improvements. Since several other changes have been committed after the original submission, this patch rebases the original work onto the latest codebase to ensure compatibility and smooth integration. The feature has been validated through both unit testing and manual testing.
