Nested subcategories are not appearing correctly in the Glossary Tree Structure
view.
h3. Issue Details
* Parent subcategory is visible in the glossary hierarchy.
* Child/nested subcategories are either not rendered or not expandable in the
tree structure.
* This impacts navigation and visibility of deeper glossary hierarchy levels.
h3. Expected Behavior
All nested subcategories should be displayed properly under their respective
parent categories/subcategories in the Glossary Tree Structure view.
h3. Current Behavior
Only top-level categories/subcategories are visible, while nested subcategories
are missing from the tree view.
h3. Impact
* Users cannot view or navigate nested glossary hierarchy properly.
* Glossary structure appears incomplete.
