Prasad P. Pawar updated ATLAS-5313:
-----------------------------------
    Description:
We need the ability to export the Business Glossary (including all terms,
categories, metadata, short/long descriptions) directly from the Atlas UI into
a portable format (CSV/XLSX) so that I can perform offline audits, share
definitions with non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate bulk data cleaning.

*Current Pain Points:*
 * Users can *import* via bulk files but cannot *export* the same data, leading
to a "one-way" for metadata management.

 * Manual extraction via REST API is too technical.

 * Auditing governance progress is difficult without a downloadable report of
current terms and descriptions.

h3. *Functional Requirements:*
 * *Export Button:* Add an "Export" or "Download" button to the Glossary view
in the Atlas UI.
 * *Format Support:* Support for {{.csv}} and {{.xlsx}} formats.
 * *Field Mapping:* The export must include:
 ** Term Name
 ** Glossary Name
 ** Short Description
 ** Long Description
 ** *Status (Draft, Active, Deprecated)*
 ** Associated Classifications (Tags)
 ** *Custom Attributes (if any)*
 * *Filtering:* Ideally, allow exporting based on the current filtered view
(e.g., only "Active" terms).
