Brijesh Bhalala updated ATLAS-5342:
-----------------------------------
Description:
In the new React-based UI, when viewing the detail page of an entity that is
marked as `DELETED`, the UI incorrectly displays actionable buttons to modify
the entity. Because deleted entities are historically immutable (read-only) in
Atlas, users should not be presented with options to add or edit their
properties, labels, classifications, or business metadata.
Specifically, the following controls remain visible and active for deleted
entities:
* The `(+)` Add buttons next to *{*}Classifications{*}* and *{*}Terms{*}*
(Glossary).
* The `Add` buttons in the *{*}User-defined properties{*}{*}, **Labels{*}{*},
and **Business Metadata{*}* panels.
* The `Edit` toggle in the *{*}Technical properties{*}* panel.
In the classic Backbone UI, these modification controls are correctly hidden
when the entity status is `DELETED`.
*{*}To Reproduce{*}*
1. Log into the Atlas React UI.
2. Search for and navigate to the detail page of any `DELETED` entity.
3. Observe the left-side properties panel and the right-side summary panels
(Properties Tab).
4. Notice that "+ Add" buttons and "Edit" toggles are still visible and
accessible.
*{*}Expected behavior{*}*
When `entity.status === 'DELETED'`, the UI should render in a strict read-only
mode. All actionable buttons related to adding, updating, or deleting
classifications, terms, labels, business metadata, and technical properties
should be completely hidden from the user.
