Solr as indexing backend is not picked up by titan when storage backend is set
to hbase

Local setting index.search.backend=solr5 (Type: GLOBAL_OFFLINE) is overridden
by globally managed value (elasticsearch). Use the ManagementSystem interface
instead of the local configuration to control this setting.
