It appears the failures are specifically coming after ATLAS-690 went it.
[~shwethags], just confirming things worked for you when you committed the
patch? I can confirm that all tests were working when I put up the patch for
review. However, there were overlaps of commits since then - so not sure if a
combination is breaking things. Will continue debugging.
