Looks like our messages crossed :-).
Request you to do the following steps:
* Resolve this issue as before.
* Open a new JIRA for the refresh bug.
* Update the new patch on that JIRA.
* Review and commit will happen on that JIRA.
The reason we follow this process is because it becomes difficult to track
which JIRA fixed what issue if there are multiple commits for the same JIRA. In
a distributed development environment, this traceability is important. Please
do let me know if you have any issues in following these steps and we can
discuss.
