Hello Everyone.

(apologies if this is a duplicate --- I have been having email issues).

Continuing our research into the API. Thanks to everyone who put together
some of the pre-built images. They have been a very helpful accelerator.

A question about the types that exist within the thus-far documented
bridges. Is there a formal approval policy around the various types that
exist for each of the bridges? I've created my own custom types, which
of course opens the door to anything, but the use case that is most
interesting to our current customers is to pull in existing types for the
bridges that are already outlined at the incubator pages.......

Are the bridges just examples? For example, hive_table or sqoop_process.
Are those now "accepted and certified" (as much as that might mean) for the
project?

Right now I am just looking to provide guidance to our customers, and I
expect that those types probably are quite solid and reliable for use in
the future (with the usual caveats, of course, than anything can change at
any time) but wondering if there was any formal vetting process for how the
types and the bridges they belong to become "accepted".

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Ernie
