Currently the indexer logic doesn't break when it has to ignore indexing of
AtlasEntityDef and AtlasClassificationDef, due to which the conditional checks
on AltasStructDef are satisfied and the subsequent code sequence causes a NPE.
The fix introduces an if-else ladder to avoid this situation
