Description: Current implementation of entity create/update accepts hashmap
of entities. This needs to change to accept AtlasEntitiesWithExtInfo as input
and expose the REST endpoint in EntitiesREST. Create/Update entity methods must
use EntityStream interface for processing entities. (was: Current
