Summary: Create Entity via UI : Values are not getting set while
updating node attribute of storm_topology entity.

Steps to reproduces :
# Click on create entity button .
# Select storm_topology from list of entities
# Add all required values and click on create button.
# Go to that newly created entity and click on update button.
# Node values are not getting set.
If User clicks on update entity button of popup all nodes will be removed.
