reporter.a.o is only intended to be a tool to help with collecting some of the data points, not a copy/paste template. The board has discussed this and does not like when the reports come in and show minimal changes from what reporter.a.o has. The committer and pmc last addition dates are hands down the number 1 item that get flagged in reports as missing and are requested each board cycle
