I tried to get Fortress running, but the corrupted
ExcaliburComponentManager.java
keeps me from doing so - I've gone back to the prevoius version and will
run some tests now.

Probably what's happening is that there's a proxy issue.

I should have no problems duplicating the error, and then
it's 99% done.
