Can i touch the dependency download to make it exactly like what i did
for log4j? This involves standardizing on the names of the variables
for jars, making sure they are added to the classpath explicitly,
changing the messaging when one is missing and adding placeholders for
the variables in the ant.properties file. If so, i can get it done
withing the next 18 hours.
+1. I think Berin will be cutting an RC5 anyway to deal with the
missing-docs-in-bin-dist.

I want the next RC to be the last if possible.
