I tend to think that the best thing would be to make a "third" project at Sourceforge, and link all three effort in the Avalon site. Then try to see the synergies and merge points, and focalize on the respective strengths. That means that Monarch apps should work well in Jesktop, and these apps work well in Monarch. All three can also run standalone.
