avalon-site outstanding issues

I did a search on avalin-site/src for references to jakarta.  i changed 
the links that where obviously wrong.  While doing it I made a list of 
pages that probably need attention.  Paths are all relative to 
avalon-site unless stated  otherwise.  How about replying with opinions 
on what we should do in each case (i.e. volunteer to update it, or say 
its ok so leave it alone, etc).
