I did a quick look at CGLib's Delegator class, and it is not as easy to use/understand as what we have in Util. I use Delegator in my own stuff, though not necessarily in the set of Excalibur Components at this time.
Which brings us back to "where do we put this?"
I don't want to lose the functionality but there is no nice and easy place to put it.
