I would like to merge cli, collections, io, and concurrent into one compatibility project. This will require CVS surgery if we care about revision history--or we can just checkin a merged project.
uhm, we could also just keep things as-is and put in place a compat project, which would basically be a buildfile which generates a convenience jar from those libraries. If that's acceptable I volunteer to do it :D
This begs the question on what should be moved to SandBox. My oppinion:
Cache, Configuration, CSFramework
As to the others (converter, extension, loader, and policy) I need some feedback from the community at large.
-1 on configuration, extension (released with phoenix 4.0.3), +1 on csframework, cache
+0 on loader, policy, converter (I'd like their authors to advise :D)
