Description:
It would be useful to have access to shell environment variables within a block.Eg,
when want to write to a well defined directory such as $PROJECT_HOME, and wanting to
make the env take care of the platform specific info.

The best way to do this would be to load the Environment variables under a key in the
Context. The Environment variables can be loaded via the nativelib toolkit at

http://spice.sourceforge.net/nativekit/index.html
