Hi, When directly updating the website on the webserver can people remember to setup the permissions correctly. The Cron updates have been failing because the directories don't have the correct permissions and thus why some of our updates have not been pushed through. However I would highly recomend that you just let the automated cron scripts update the site unless there is a good reason to do otherwise.
