Rana has completed the changes needed to make FtpServer an indipendent project. He is ok with it being incubated and Paul seemed ok with it too.
So I ask that we vote FtpServer to be incubated in incubator.apache.org as is being done with AltRMI, to become a future JAkarta or top-level project.
