Can someone (Paul?) volunteer to merge the avalon-apps/site docs into phoenix
documentation (or main avalon docs where apporpriate) and then
cvs rm -Rf avalon-apps/site
tia.
And if you want to go for bonus points you could add a blurb about
ldpad.sf.net as a phoenix application.
