Anything holding up 4.0.4 release or is it just waiting for Paul to actually do the release?
I wrote:
"I have been wondering whether we should backport the license fixes to the 4.0.x branch. As it stands, a new phoenix release would be somewhat in violation of board decree (I think there's no actual license issues). What do we want to do with this?"
and we need a PMC vote.
