This subproject brings everything together and is used to create the
Merlin installation. You will find all the resources like command line
scripts, NT service utilities, documetation, tutorials, etc.

Is there any way we can avoid overloading SMP? Most people will make
the same mistake I did. Perhaps Merlin Service Management (MSM) or
something that isn't easily confused with a widely used acronym?
