This had been working. I committed a fix to get it working again. But I wanted to make sure there was not a reason why it was "borked" that I may have overlooked :-)

It looked unused when I removed it, of course that is also after Berin's fixes to remove the JDBC2/3 disconnect with the wrapper.. So what may have happened was it got broken with Berin's changes, then I noticed it was in there but broken so I disabled it.. and now you've found it :)
