So far, the only two people with valid GPG/PGP keys in the KEYS file are both Leo Simmons and I. I had to remove Charles Bennett's because the signature claimed that the key has expired.
All releases need to be signed, and I don't want to be the only one doing it. If you do not have a PGP install, I highly recommend that you use GPG. You can obtain it for Cygwin or compile it yourself for Unix (most Linux distros come with it).
